Unable to Fetch Salary Details via SBI Net Banking for ICICI Credit Card Application

Hi,
I was trying to apply for an ICICI Credit Card through the official website. As a salaried employee, I selected the option to fetch salary details using SBI net banking. However, after logging in, it shows “no salary account found.” How can I resolve this?

@Alexander When I select the “Salaried” option, there’s an option to log in via net banking to fetch my salary account details. After logging into my SBI net banking (which is linked to my salary account), it says “no salary account found.” It asks me to try another account.

@Madhu In this case, you can simply provide ICICI with the last 6 months’ bank statements along with your last 3 months’ salary slips for verification. The bank will consider these documents.
