From 25 November 2026, NeuCoins earned on Tata Neu HDFC Bank credit cards will no longer be credited automatically — you’ll have to claim them in the Tata Neu app, and unclaimed coins expire.

- Applies to statements generated on or after 25 November 2026
- NeuCoins earned on card spends must be claimed manually in the Tata Neu app
- Claimable balance typically shows up about 7 working days after the statement date
- Unclaimed NeuCoins expire roughly 12 months from the relevant statement date
- Once claimed, coins get a fresh 12 months of validity in your Tata Neu account
- Minimum 100 NeuCoins per claim; maximum 3 claims per day
- Coins from statements before 25 November 2026 continue to auto-credit
Eligible Cards / Who Can Avail
- Primary cardholders of Tata Neu HDFC Bank credit cards (Infinity, Plus) — log in with the bank-registered mobile number
- Add-on cards are generally covered under the primary account

How to Claim / Steps
- Log in to the Tata Neu app with the primary cardholder’s bank-registered mobile number
- Go to the NeuCard section
- Tap “Claim NeuCoins” and follow the prompts
- Set a calendar reminder a few days after each statement date
