It totally depends on the cards you own.
Makemytrip, Goibibio and such providers offer card specific discounts from time to time.
I suggest checking multiple sites for card offers before proceeding with the booking.
This applies to Hotel Bookings too.
Also, If you want to redeem reward points against bookings, many banks provide their own services to avail that. like HDFC Smartbuy, YESRewardz etc.
