Reward Redemption Fee:
Starting August 1st, 2024, a ₹50 fee will be applied when redeeming rewards for statement credit/cashback. If redeeming cash points through the reward catalog, a ₹99 fee + taxes will be charged for handling. Be mindful of these fees when using your rewards.
Changes in Rental Transactions:
A 1% fee will be charged on rental transactions using services like MobiKwik, Cred, Paytm, and Freecharge, capped at ₹3,000 per transaction.
Changes in Fuel Transactions:
- Less than ₹15,000 Spent on Fuel: No additional fee.
- More than ₹15,000 Spent on Fuel: A 1% fee will be charged on the entire amount, capped at ₹3,000 per transaction.
Changes in Utility Transactions:
- Less than ₹50,000 Spent on Utilities: No additional fee.
- More than ₹50,000 Spent on Utilities: A 1% fee will be charged, capped at ₹3,000 per transaction.
Changes in Educational Transactions:
Effective from September 1st, 2024:
- Direct Payments (School/College Websites or POS): No fee charged.
- Third-Party App Payments (Excluding International): 1% fee, capped at ₹3,000 per transaction.
Cross-Currency Transactions:
A 3.5% markup fee will be applied to all international/cross-currency transactions.
Revised Late Payment Fees:
- Up to ₹100: No charge
- ₹101 – ₹500: ₹100
- ₹501 – ₹1,000: ₹500
- ₹1,001 – ₹5,000: ₹600
- ₹5,001 – ₹10,000: ₹750
- ₹10,001 – ₹25,000: ₹900
- ₹25,001 – ₹50,000: ₹1,100
- Over ₹50,000: ₹1,300
Changes in Finance Charges:
A finance charge of 3.75% per month will be applied if you pay less than the total amount due on your statement. This charge applies to all retail and cash transactions from the transaction date until fully paid.
Updates in EMI Processing Fees:
Opting for Easy-EMI at any store? A processing fee of up to ₹299 will be charged, subject to applicable taxes.
Discontinuation of Airport Lounge Access:
Millennia Credit Cardholders will no longer have domestic airport lounge access, which was removed in December 2023. The Quarterly Spends Milestone program’s lounge access option has also been discontinued, leaving many cardholders disappointed.
