If you’re an IDFC FIRST Bank credit cardholder, there’s an important update.
The bank has moved its lounge access program from DreamFolks to Elite Assist, effective this month.
What’s Changed?
- Old Partner: DreamFolks (lounge access across airports & select services)
- New Partner: Elite Assist (focus on curated travel perks & lounge tie-ups)
- Access Process: Instead of a physical DreamFolks card, you’ll now get QR-based entry via Elite Assist.
What It Means for You
- For Frequent Flyers: Your access points may differ; check Elite Assist’s lounge list before travel.
- For Occasional Travelers: No major fee change, but you’ll need to re-register on the Elite Assist platform.
- For Premium Users: Elite Assist also offers concierge-style services beyond lounges.
Action Required:
- Download Elite Assist app / portal login
- Map your IDFC card for access
- Confirm updated lounge availability before trips
