IDFC Bank switches to Elite Assist from DreamFolks; how does this affect you?🛫

If you’re an IDFC FIRST Bank credit cardholder, there’s an important update.
The bank has moved its lounge access program from DreamFolks to Elite Assist, effective this month.

  • Old Partner: DreamFolks (lounge access across airports & select services)
  • New Partner: Elite Assist (focus on curated travel perks & lounge tie-ups)
  • Access Process: Instead of a physical DreamFolks card, you’ll now get QR-based entry via Elite Assist.

:light_bulb: What It Means for You

  • For Frequent Flyers: Your access points may differ; check Elite Assist’s lounge list before travel.
  • For Occasional Travelers: No major fee change, but you’ll need to re-register on the Elite Assist platform.
