I currently have around 2 lakh Axis reward points, and I believe today is the last day to convert them to CV points due to the ongoing merger with Air India. Do you think it’s a good idea to redeem those points today?
@Ankit No, it’s better to redeem them later once the merger is officially completed. They’ve frozen a lot of operations on their backend, and there’s a risk you could lose your points in the process if you try to transfer them now.
