Citi Credit Card Portfolio Successfully Migrated to Axis Bank

Effective July 15, 2024, the transition of Citi’s credit card portfolio to Axis Bank is now complete.

Migration Details and Impact:

  • Existing Citi-branded cards will continue to function until the receipt of new Axis Bank cards in the coming months.

  • Reward Points: Conversion of unredeemed Citi reward points to Axis EDGE REWARD Points or EDGE Miles with maintained value.
    • Points earned until migration date never expire.
    • Post-migration points expire after three years without activity.
  • Customer Service: Transition from Citi Phone to Axis Bank Phone Banking.

e-NACH Mandates: Axis Bank handles existing e-NACH mandates for timely credit to credit card accounts.
