Can someone clarify the Priority Pass benefits with SBI ELITE?

I’m a bit confused about the lounge access provided by the SBI ELITE card:

  1. Is the Priority Pass only complimentary for 2 years?
  2. Does the card technically only offer domestic lounge access?
  3. Even with the Priority Pass, do I still have to pay for each lounge visit after the complimentary visits? The SBI website mentions, Usage fee up to $27 + applicable taxes will be charged on your SBI Card ELITE for visits to the Priority Pass member lounge after the complimentary visits.

The Priority Pass renews as long as you hold the SBI ELITE credit card.

The Priority Pass provides access to international lounges outside India. For lounges within India, only domestic lounges are covered.

You get 2 free lounge visits per quarter. If you make a 3rd visit within the same quarter, you’ll be charged $27 + taxes.
