Breakfast Perk Lost: Accor Scraps Free Breakfast for Platinum & Diamond Members in Central Asia

Accor Live Limitless (ALL) has removed complimentary breakfast perks for its Platinum and Diamond status members in the Central Asia and Caucasus regions — surprising frequent travelers who counted on this benefit at high-level status.

What’s Changing

  • Free breakfast no longer included for Platinum & Diamond members in Central Asia and the Caucasus under the ALL loyalty programme.
  • Affected countries include:
Georgia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
  • Even hotels with buffet breakfast (like Swissôtel Tashkent, Mövenpick Samarkand, Mercure Bukhara, Mercure Almaty City Center and Novotel properties) will charge for breakfast at check-in unless it’s included in your booked room rate.

What Used to Happen

Under earlier ALL terms, free breakfast was a standard benefit for Platinum and Diamond members in many regions — particularly in Asia-Pacific — as part of their elite perks (daily or weekend free breakfast depending on status).

Now, in Central Asia specifically, breakfast is no longer guaranteed even for top-tier elite members.
