AU Small Finance Bank has officially launched the AU KOSMO Credit Card, in partnership with Kiwi, enabling credit purchases via UPI. This is a RuPay-card designed especially for users who prefer UPI for everyday transactions.

What to Watch Out For
- Rewards don’t apply for some categories: cash, rent, education & government payments, insurance, EMI, fuel, BBPS.
- To use UPI with the credit card, you’ll have to link it to a UPI app and set up a separate PIN.
If you often use UPI for purchases, this card could simplify things: credit spending + UPI convenience + rewards. Very useful for those who want to avoid the hassle of swiping/adding physical cards, especially for small everyday spends.
