Credit Balance Refund on SBI Credit Card

Hi everyone,
I’ve overpaid ₹80,000 on my SBI credit card. Is there a way to get it refunded? Can anyone help?

@jamesalwin Contact customer care they will refund to account or issue cheque.

@jamesalwin There is an option right within the SBI credit card app called ‘Credit Balance Refund’. It’s a simple process with no extra charges. Within 3 working days, the refund will be credited to whichever account you choose. Just go to the ‘Fees’ section and select the ‘Credit Balance Refund’ option.

@jamesalwin Don’t worry. It will be adjusted in your next billing cycle credit utilization. You’re not loosing that money.
